What a disaster... but didn't we see this coming?

So everything isn't as glitz and glamorous as it seems being in a relationship with a "baller", if you don't get what i mean take a read at the following story.

Women meets baller. A few years later, they have a kid. They go through a big messy child support battle (the baller misses a game to avoid the embarrassment of being subpoenaed to court on National TV) and somewhere in the midst of all of that, they make up and have another baby. They break up, they make up, he proposes…she’s later accused of sleeping with another NBA player (Shaquille O’Neal), that drama plays out on a reality show (Basketball Wives) and in the midst of it all, she has a third child, somewhere in there she has a miscarriage, and now she is pregnant with a fourth child and her baller skips town, leaving her and the kids behind.

That’s the story of Laura Govan’s life (sister of Basketball Wives star Gloria Govan) who was in a long-term on and off again relationship with Washington Wizards guard Gilbert Arenas. According to the Washington Post, Gilbert recently was traded to Orlando and jumped on the first train smoking out of DC. Her publicist claims she hasn’t heard from Gilbert the entire month of December and he left her and the kids with no money to purchase food or Christmas Gifts. “The children feel like they have been abandoned” as Gilbert has cut off all funds and communication.

When he was traded to Orlando on December 18th, he was quoted in The Post as saying, “I went to the airport and left. I didn’t have a chance to say bye to anybody. I didn’t even say bye to the kids.“.

WOW!!! What a story, if you ask me it sounds like an excerpt form the hit TV Show 'The Game".  Something isn't quite right with this story, I would like to hear his side.  It's pretty sad tho how the children have to suffer.  Take this as a lesson learned, everything isn't as great as it appears to be... here today gone tomorrow....I guess he chopped up his deuces.  If  the money is such a big issue I'm pretty sure if she pawn/sell her engagement ring she'll be fine for some time.... have a look below

Nails of The Week: Retro Splattered

I love bright bold neon colors, so I figured out a way to incorporate 5 different neon colors without looking tacky.  The look is very modern and fun and goes with an array of different outfits and make-up styles.  Go out of your comfort zone and try this trendy look, your bound to get compliments on your nails.  Check below for pictures and directions on how to create this look! Peace

Apply your base coat (a clear polish) then  apply two coats of white polish; let dry.

After applying your two coats of white polish, take a bottle of  black nail art polish (nail art polish aka hand paint polish are nail polish in a slender bottle with a thin fine brush) and make horizontal lines across each finger.  If your lines arent perfect its totally fine, on to the next nail.

In the final step, you want to take all of your polish colors and remove most of the polish off the brush and just dab/tap the colors on the nail freely.  After you apply your colors you finish with a clear top coat and you are done.  Your result would look as if paint was splattered all over the nails and the black lines really help the neon colors pop. Nails Of The Week: BBM Smiley Faces

I love my BlackBerry so much i decided to do my nails as the BBM Smiley Face (how lame...yes I know)
Check out the picture below for my nails! I do my own nails so stay tuned every week for a banging new design....Peace

To achieve this look, start with a clear base (1)coat, then add two coats of yellow polish, take your black nail color and dip a toothpick in it and apply two dots to each nail for the eyes, then take your nail art color (small bottle with thin brush) and make the mouth of the smiley face....on the middle finger add a frown or sad face so when you give people the finger they get the visual effect!! I'm in LOVE with a Christian!  Christian Louboutin that is.  After being blessed with my dream shoes form my 21st birthday this past March, I grew what some would call a weird obsession and relationship with my shoes.  So as Fashion Week wrapped up in NYC I found myself browsing Mr.Louboutin's site!  Extreme hotness was all I seen,  but these one pair of shoes stood out from the bunch "The Big Lips Leopard Pony" is what they are called!  Can you say must have item for fall!!  Paired with some skinny jeans and a over sized sweater these shoes will make you feel like Ms.Sasha fierce.  I think I just may add these to my Red Bottom collection cause my Stratata Glitter Sandals need some company :D. Okay so call me weird if you want but my favorite award winner + acceptance speech was by Lady Gaga! Yes Lady Gaga, I love Gaga, her music, style hair and etc.......I was soo happy that Gaga won and walked away with 8 VMA's!!! (top that Taylor Swift) OH YEA and I can't forget to mention Cher, she looked AMAZING in her outfit and I just loved the big hair!  She deff gave me an idea for my halloween costume hahah!
