Nails of The Week: Retro Splattered

I love bright bold neon colors, so I figured out a way to incorporate 5 different neon colors without looking tacky.  The look is very modern and fun and goes with an array of different outfits and make-up styles.  Go out of your comfort zone and try this trendy look, your bound to get compliments on your nails.  Check below for pictures and directions on how to create this look! Apply your base coat (a clear polish) then  apply two coats of white polish; let dry.

After applying your two coats of white polish, take a bottle of  black nail art polish (nail art polish aka hand paint polish are nail polish in a slender bottle with a thin fine brush) and make horizontal lines across each finger.  If your lines arent perfect its totally fine, on to the next nail.

In the final step, you want to take all of your polish colors and remove most of the polish off the brush and just dab/tap the colors on the nail freely.  After you apply your colors you finish with a clear top coat and you are done.  Your result would look as if paint was splattered all over the nails and the black lines really help the neon colors pop.
